Challenge

Revamp the design to create a cohesive experience across Web, Mobile, and App views for the four main products.

Solution
  1. User Research: Conducted surveys and analyzed user behavior to identify pain points and preferences in the previous user experience.

  2. Modern Design: Developed a new design that is in sync with all products: Flights, Hotels, Tours, and Bus.

Results:
  • 35% improvement in successful bookings.

  • Successfully applied the design system to enhance the consistency of each product (Tours, Flights, Bus, Hotels).
